I bought this product on Redcare, but there’s something wrong with the bottle. The oil keeps leaking out of the pipette even when the cap is closed, and I’m finding oil around the bottle and on the shelf. Basically, half the product is already gone, and some of it has even been absorbed by the box (which is completely stained with oil). I contacted Biogrine, sending them photos as well, but I never received a reply. This negative review is about the customer service, not the product itself, given that it’s quite expensive and I’d expect proper customer support.

Mi rifornisco da loro da qualche tempo, prodotto buono che mi aiuta un pochino, purtroppo non fa miracoli specie se si è già abituati al cbd, ma non è colpa del prodotto che sembra molto buono, spedizione ottima
Mi ha colpito il gusto che pur non essendo proprio alla fragola come descritto, non è neanche pesante come altri oli che ho provato. Dovrei ricordarmi di prenderlo più spesso per ottenere il massimo dei benefici. Vorrei provare una concentrazione più alta.
